what tailights to get for my e90?

I have a 06 e90 sedan with mtec kit, ive added the led depo v2 headlights and had them coded to work, while i got these coded i also got the rear tailights coded so they wouldn't cause any issues when changing them over...

Now i was thinking of getting these

what do people think? I reckon they would go well with the headlights, as the depo v2's have the led indicators

Also anyone know where i can get a m3 hood for the e90 sedan in aus?

thanks

They look ok, pending the colour of your car, the smoked top part might suit better.

M3 hood won't fit unless you do a full m3 front conversion aka widebody

the colour of my car is saphire black. I was thinking smoked may look better but these do have the black outlines...

i thought u could get something to fit the sedans, like a replica? I know the guys in america have done it without changing the front end.

oh right, yeh you can get aftermarket bonnets... but you said M3 so I assumed genuine.. if you want an 'M3 Style' there might be one floating around.. I know there's the vorsteiner one but that looks different and not as nice as the M3 one imo.

I've yet to see an E90 pre-LCI with LEDs but I'm partial to OEM blacklines. I think the slightly smoked look adds a bit of aggression to the rear. More so if your car's black.

I got LCI lights installed on my sapphire black pre LCI car and I have to say they would be the best lights IMO

I like the LCI lights too but aren't the shape completely different to pre-LCI? At least on the boot lid anyway. I didn't know they were interchangeable.

they are different. You need a new boot for LCI lights.
