Searching or reading the VRSF thread in the vendor sale section has the answers you need but ill answer them here for you. The 5" intercooler requires cutting the one tile use factory clamp on the hot side to install but no trimming of anything else. The 7" requires the clamp to be cut and trim of the plastic shroud (easiest way is to just cut the piece completely off). Downpipes are just a straight swap out require no cutting or trimming.

I am very happy with my VRSF products. Great price, great quality and great customer service. What more could you ask for! I think they might of stopped making the 5" IC though not sure but I read that somewhere.

I have both products and the only thing you need to cut is some of the plastic by the intercooler to fit the 7". I don't believe you need to cut for the 5". Regardless, great products for a great price.

I tried to order the 5" FMIC and was told there would be a 6 week delay. The 7" is also back ordered until September.

As of 8/7/2013

The 5" is not currently in stock. They will have a closeout on the last batch in about 6 weeks while supplies last and it will be discontinued.

The 7" is also on back order until about the end of September.

Garage List
5" units are expected to arrive within the next 5-6 weeks, 7" units are going to be a little longer due to production delays. The 5" units will consist of the same newer core we're using on the 7" which includes more charge rows and less pressure drop.

No trimming for the DPs. The 7" IC requires a bit of trimming around the shroud, but it's very minor if done right.
