Does BMW charge shops and individuals different prices for parts?

Does BMW provide one price quote for parts when a independent shop calls in and then a different price quote when an individual calls?

Curious if there is any price difference if you let a shop get the parts for you as opposed to you buying it yourself.

Yup.

They have routine discount for the shop. Hopefully, your shop will pass on the savings to you. If in doubt, buy from Maranello and get about 20% off by asking Maxbimmer discount.

+1 and discount also works at Mississauga BMW

Yeah looks like dealers in the GTA is starting to give some discounts.

I wonder can these discounts on parts be carry over to the service also.

really ? Then that's a rip off. I would rather buy from Cdn Tire when it goes on sale ... the German Catrol 0w30. When on sale for between 30-35% off, it works out to be around $7 change per bottle + taxes.

For me, I get free top up from TCBMW all the time (as I have written this into my purchase agreement).
