There are an alarming number of chavtastically modified e60s turning up where I live. It's hit that price bracket.

I've got no issue with "modification" as such, as long as it's tasteful but that POS E60 in the PH post is just a joke.

Who looks at that and says:

"Yeah, that looks really good, everybody will think my 530d is an M5 now. I'm going to get so much pussy now! I'm so cool!"

Also, as for reaching the pricing the bracket, you're right although obviously not everyone who is buying these cars now can be tarred with the same brush. E9x are not far off either...
