Nothing for the coupe for another year - 18 months.

The saloon is 3 years old thats why due a facelift. The coupe is not yet.

The coupé is two years old. With the speed of changing technologies maybe BMW will finally get on the stick and accelerate the new features to the coupé in the spring and not wait for next fall. Can anyone say, "Fat chance"?

well spotted! You would have thought that going to all the trouble to detail the car (even down to the shark fin) then it would be the correct model!

Do you think it changes to an estate for an E91, etc...What about colour? Is it different for different coloured cars?

Nope there will be a new one out today.
It was only a 'first look' one page review - so nothing too comprehensive. They particularly liked the new idrive and the 3.0d engine.

I have mislaid my old one which had the 3.0 tdi, 335d and some pug. Was good with 0-100 times also.

I made a mistake in my first post. I get it Saturday morning at 9:30am and I'll check the various things out in due course. I know when I got my E46 4 years ago, I found a number of pleasant surprises, and I expect this time round will be no different. I'm not going to thrash it to 60 for a while though!

I do want to get to the bottom of the 6NF Bluetooth telephone audio connection - I'm hoping it will let me play music off my iPhone via Bluetooth.

Anyway, expect a feature report at teh end of the weekend and a driving report a week later.
