Magnaflow catback is deep powerful and does not drone what so ever. PE has more of a "loud" presence, especially at higher rpm's, due to its slightly more raspy/high pitched nature. i like deep and throaty, hence I love my magnaflow

Maybe I'm crazy but the PE sounds a lot like someone took muffler delete and shifted it up by an octave. I'm surprised it's considered "not too loud". (I do like the sound though)

Now that you mentioned it, yeah it does lol. As for the PE, it sounded loud to me. Not my cup of tea as I like deeper tone.

BMW PE hands down. If it's not loud enough, do a secondary cat delete. My BMW PE w/ secondary cat delete was my favorite mod I've done to my car.

I agree. Not too impressed with the PE videos.

I'm looking for deeper throaty exhaust and some volume increase.

Eh? What's not to like?

It just doesn't do it for me, especially at a grand.

I'd rather get some non restrictive muffler, some other things such as a res delete and nice fat tips. The 328 is tough. Some things sound great and others sound ricey. The 335 I have yet to hear a bad exhaust note lol.

If you want a deep tone, just do a muffler delete. $100, biggest bang for your buck. Personally, I don't like it too muscle car sounding although muffler deletes for NA's do sound decent.

Try this, afe intake (magnum force) + second cat delete + exhaust of your choice. It's not loud at lower RPM but sounds incredible at higher RPM (from 4k and up).
