E92 pre-LCI update on LCI head&tail-lightning

Hi,

please accept my bad english. I'm from Germany and i have a lil problem.

We want to update an E92 pre-LCI to LCI head- and taillights. Does any body here did them before?!

We have allready the head- and taillights and the new footwell module 3.

Is this all? Does it fit? Do we need some cabels or cabel harness?

It's an 325i E92 with adaptive headlights.

Thx a lot!

The tail lights fit, but I think the headlights are a different shape.

Once the tail lights are installed you will need to code the car to turn off the bulb check. There is no BMW retrofit harness yet, but I think people are using the E46 one. There are a few people on here that have done it.

have you got the part numbers for the tail lights please?? Everyone is after the amber tail light numbers...

Thx...

Yes the headlights are a different shape, we also change the hood and the frontbumper. if its necessary we also change the fenders. But our problem is, that we don't know if we need some new cables or harnesses for the headlights?!

The part numbers fpr the taillights are:
left side:
63 21 7 251 957
63 21 7 252 779

right side:
63 21 7 251 958
63 21 7 252 780

But this are the numbers for German cars, i don't know if you have other specifications?

To my knowledge, no one has to the headlight retrofit yet.

The taillight retrofit has been done:

Hi,

thanks

here the parts we change:

- front-bumper
- kidneys
- the hood
- the headlights (here you need all moduls new (for xenon, the led-blinker, ..)
- new footwell modul 3
- taillights
- repair-kit for the headlights from the LCI (this are the cabels you need)

This all fits together and you have to code this.

(I hope you can understand what i want to say )

Very nice work done!
I got a couple questions here:

The pre-LCI hood doesn't fit with the LCI head lights?
The LCI hood seems identical to the pre-LCI one to me.

Is there any small parts and pieces behind the front bumper that we need to get to do this retrofit?

Finally someone with new taillights from EU

Did official BMW dealer changed you're taillights ?

I want to change taillights too, so I need:
taillights, repair kit (cables), and code ? Or something else ? Do you know with which code they flashed you're car ? Thanx
