Coolant Leak Pressure Testing
I have coolant leak in my 2006 e90. It seems that it only happens when I'm driving and the system is pressurized, because I don't see any pooling when its parked. I want to do a pressure test, but didn't know which pressure test kit would work with the e90. Can someone please recommend a pressure test kit that they know would work on the e90 system?

go to AZ and ask hem to "rent" for free (its free), their rad test kit. Ive used it many times, although, not on my BM as its still "new". Try it out- they have a few adapters in the kit. Good luck.

fyi in addition to the pressure test, there's a thread on this subforum somewhere, recommending a new expansion tank cap. Person claims they go bad after a few years. I slowly loose coolant without any signs on the under-panel. I'll probably order a new cap myself.
