I bet...

that if someone emails him (without further embellishment), a simple greeting, followed by 'just letting you know that BMW never made a V6', and a standard sign off, that the reply by return will be something along the lines of 'get a clue, I'm a car enthusiast', hopefully much less polite.

Whenever I'm tempted to comment about another persons inabilty to do something or lack of knowledge, I'm reminded of something my math teacher said to a classmate in trig 45 years ago. He, the student, called another kid stupid. "The problem with that word son, is that it's relative. Compared to me, you're not too bright. Compared to Einstein, I'm down right stupid."
