I was sitting in my car today idling,(waiting for wife) when the car suddenly stalled???? I had torque app running and I did not notice anything right away, so I ran the codes and came up with the same (2) I always get for egr block, and this new one I can't find any info on the net for,

Anyone had this code before, or know what it is?
I started car a few minutes later and it seamed to run fine all the way home, the only thing I noticed that was strange was AFR was stuck at 14.7 and did not move with skinny peddle down or not? I even shut app down and restated to see if there was an error, but again it was stuck at 14.7?
After I got home and shit car off and waited a few minutes and restarted AFR seams fine again (29 at idle, or steady drive and drops 13's under full load, and stays around 13-17 at full load) I think this is normal?
Thoughts?
