Looking for a good set of OEM Logic7 underseat woofers.

I checked on realoem and the speakers there list for either 399 or 192 depending on whether the car has the dsp system or not. I'll do some research and figure out which I have (USA 2010 logic 7 E90) and I can sell them for either 350 each or 160 each + shipping, respectively depending on which system I have. The car only has 3000 miles on it so the speakers are pretty much brand new. I'll see if I can figure out which price applies to my car. Let me know if this offer is acceptable.

Looks like Logic 7 = Top HiFi I can sell them for 350 each.

trust me
get the SWS-8
huge difference in sound
and will probably be cheaper than replacement OEM speakers

Thought I had a pair secured, but it fell through. I'd like a good pair of these subs, not looking to spend more than $225 shipped.
