iPhone4 not talking to ConnectedDrive

I have ConnectedDrive Plus enabled and an iPhone4 in a Media snapin module.

The problem is i cannot get the iPhone to talk to ConnectedDrive. Running the diag mode in the iphone app results in this error message;

I haven't tested other functions like music yet, but ideas? Have i missed a step?

what is your option list ? you can check it using 7 last digits of your VIN

Is it just a code i need to enable? Or more hardware?

6NR is an FSC activated option. It was a paid option when the car was built. You have to have the FSC code in order to activate it. I know that Patrk and Bimmertech can retrofit it for you.

you need to replace snap-in baseplate for a version with 6NF(integrated USB) and connect it with separate HSD USB cable to combox if you plan to use apps via snap-in
otherwise you can ask to install 6NF FSC and code this option and try to use apps via usb cable to aux/usb cable

no, baseplate is plate where snap-in adapter installed to

this is basic version, you need one with additional USB HSD blue plug
