Led Back up Bulbs
Has anyone ever installed LED bulbs for their reverse lights? I was thinking about getting them for my e92, but wondered if it makes a difference. Could someone post pics? Also what bout fogs?
What is the actual bulb number for the reverse light and if i installed LEDs, is there a sensor on the reverse lights (LEDs draw less current, so it'll throw off the sensor, if there was one) |

I've heard earlier models throw a code with other lights but JleviSW's don't. I think they're $25 a pair Here are some pics Attachment 156499 Attachment 156500 Last edited by kennethpetro; 05-29-2008 at 08:00 AM.. |

So, all i need to do is get 1156 LED bulbs and there would be no error since there is no senor for the back up lights? Also anyone have pictures of the OEM bulbs so I compare the two?

Well, my friend put LED backup lights in his RX7 and now when he goes into reverse, the bulbs are so bright they actually cast a shadow... so they definitely help a little bit.
