Kalim, you need a flash bad bro lol.. the tripod isnt a huge issue but for sure the flash.

I've taken pics with a tripod and no flash and it works pretty well. Flash still isn't too great for night shots because it doesn't throw light very far so you only see the first few cars in a row. Would still be better than the dinky little one on the camera, though. lol
