CV Boot relaced now brakes sound weird

Dealer recommended I replace by cracked CV Boot. Now when I hit the brake quickly, there is a popping sound that wasn't there before. Also, when I went to drive home I saw that the headlight washer mechanism was stuck up out of it's hole.

I know little about cars, but could any of these things be related? I tried the headlight washer again and it got stuck. And washer fluid leaks from underneath/bottom of the bumper.

Take it right back to the dealer. You have not have waited. The longer you wait the more time has gone by for them to say you did it, and it's now your problem.
