automatic car starter

I wanted to get an automatic car starter as its starting to get cold here and I don't feel like freezing getting in the car, are these bad for your car? and can anyone recommend and specific one for me? I just want to turn on the car maybe 2-3 minutes before I go to it just to heat it up

thanks all

You should never let a car running on idle during more than 1 min. It's better to start slowly so a starter is not recommended.

The bypass module for the push start button is $300 by itself the starter plus pro install you're looking at $600 . Is it really worth it?!

Yes it's bad. If the car is hot it's maybe not so much but it's not recommended.

It's better to stop the engine when possible. An engine that run on the idle for too long get dirty.
