That's strange. Why don't they fit the F30?

Hello everyone... seeing as winter is around the corner and I figured it was a good time to get my OEM mags fixed up ('07 335i). Anyone have any recommendations of where to get them repaired (preferably West Island)... mainly sidewalk rash. Was also thinking about having them painted balck... opinions

You can get them powdercoated any color youd like, Im personally not a fan of painted oem rims.
You can sell yours and pick up a slighty used aftermarket set for just a bit more than fixing them.
Id recommend looking in the classifieds and im sure youll be surprised how little itll cost to upgrade your rims/tires.

which style OEM rims do you have?

there are quite a few places that can powdercoat your rims. i have used XTM personally. they do a good job for a good price. the only negative thing about them is their turn around time which was pretty slow when i used their services a while back.

Pseudo Nim just sent his mini wheels for powdercoating with them. maybe he can share with us if their service has improved.

you could keep these rims for winter and buy another set of rims for the summer. that way you wont need to keep mounting and unmounting your tires on the rims.

Ok, my rims from XTM came back. VERY happy. Wow... I just realised how different my Mini looks compared to how it came originally.

This is what it used to look like:

And what it looks like now:

And yeah - I'm very happy with XTM and they took exactly 1 week, as promised, to do it (but I called them a few times to make sure). They also said in winter, they take forever - but in summer/spring they have less volume so they are a lot more free.
