Need advice on lowering my E92
Just bought a new set of 18s for my 07 e92. Looking to lower it as im not completely satisfied with the look. Im trying to keep it relatively inexpensive, so I don't have enough fund for a coil over kit. Im on a stock suspension as well but would these work? Does this affect ride quality? How much does a shop usually charge for installing these? Thanks

You should've done some searching but you posted anyway lol so just springs you're gonna get a harsh ride especially with h&r springs . eibach pro kit are not as harsh but don't give as much of a drop. Also your stock shocks will wear out quickly due to the shock being pushed down more than its designed to so more pressure just save up for coillovers or get koni yellows shocks they have adjustable stiffness. Kw coils have a lifetime warranty and v1 have adjustable height while v2 have adjustable rebound and height I believe those are the most popular with the members you can also go for bilstein shocks which are stiffer than koni pair either of those shocks with a spring kit eibach h&r there's also eibach sport line springs that lower more than pro-kit. Looking to upgrade my suspension as well so been doing a lot of research lately lol

What i can tell you is that if you put those springs on a stock strut, you will be wearing it out faster than with the stock spring. But people do it all the time, just means you will be replacing the strut sooner. So might as well just get a performance strut along with the springs. Shops here in Hawaii quoted me 300-350 for an installation.
