Question about current lease deal.

I was wondering if anybody had any info, or could tell me, about the current lease deal on the 325i. I know the lease deal is supposed to end Jan. 31st, do you think they will keep the deal running into February?

The current rates are 0.00250 money factor and 62/64/65% for 15K/12K/10K miles per year. Acquisition fee is $625.

Not sure if it 'this month's deal' since these rates have been the same for a while. Of course they could go up - or down, in Feb.

The deal on the web site is for an almost stripped car with metalic paint and Sports package only. It also requires quite a bit up front which is generally considered to be a no-no if you can help it.

Grab yourself an excel lease calculator from this forum. $1000 over invoice is do-able on a 325, plug the numbers in and see what you come up with.

Thanks for the help. Went to the dealership today and they offered me 400/month with 1K deposit, which seems like a good deal to me, or should I shop around more?

You need to calculate the lease. Would you buy a house or buy something on credit if you were simply given a monthly payment? You need to understand how leases work before you do one. Otherwise you are easy prey.

Your drive off seems real high you must be putting money down to reduce cap cost which most people don't suggest you do. Get a break down of all drive off expenses. With a drive off under $2000 looks like your payment would be $440 pm with tax. Good luck!

First, your residual should be 74% not 65%.

With about 1250 as a cap cost reduction - leaving 1750 for up front fees, the payment would be about $394 plus tax.

Incidently, a three year would be about the same cost plus or minus a few dollars.
