Just got new BMW wheels an this happens!
hey guys,
I just replaced stock 16's with 17's with TPMS and everything was fine for 2 days untill today after work my TPMS lights came on and I checked the pressure and everything. After about 30 TPMS resets the light has still not gone out...Does anyone have any idea's? Also if I take the car to the dealer is it ok if different wheels are on there |

I'd take it back to the shop who installed them... They may have messed up the sensors.

The TPMS sensors are NOT recomended to be swapped out so much because the black rubber gromet cracks and wears out with each time. This will cause leaks. This is why I always recommend to my customers to just buy new TPMS for their new wheels and leave their stock stuff alone.
P.S. Dealer will agree with me and recommends the same. |
