Could be protected, try turning the protection off, check that the file is not read only, or select all the cells and copy them to a new spreadsheet.

Good luck !!

He did, but as soon as he said 'Its Carlos Fandango here...' they put the phone down.

What kind of message do you get? If the worksheet is protected you will get a pop-up message. If this is the case then you need to go to the Tools menu and select Protection and then Unprotect Sheet. You may need to enter a password but if you don't know about protection ("Nothing sexual, Preppy") at this point you probably don't have the password anyway.

Carlos, if you check on the forums, you'll see that 335d drivers in general have major issues with Excel failing - Microsoft are replacing versions after 18,000 calculations or thereabouts. Its a known problem.

Because I have read your post I now know with authority that this affects many many 335d drivers and that all 335d's are built wrong.

You are right... the chances of owning a 335d and not having Excel fail on your PC are 14 million to 1, unless you have it remapped, and depending what day of the week you get this done also affects the odds of Excel failing.

That proves it then.

It's statistically proved (because you told me about it) that all 335d drivers will experience outright failure of Microsoft Excel.

Plus ..

335's are unable to use the colour sampling tools on 'paint' or 'adobe photoshop' because as we all know it is impossible to match paint and all cars that have ever had accident repairs can be spotted from space.

Matching paint colour is an incredibly difficult thing to do, as you say actually impossible. Just look at the repair job done on this VW polo.

Z4 and NFS. Can you also confirm whether oil levels are affected by software failure? This has been troubling me for some time. Cheers!
