Possible to make regular BBS's look like DBK?
Does anyone know if it is possible to make regular LM or LM-R's look like championship edition (DBK center). Does BBS powdercoat, anodize or something else? I want these wheels (the ones on the right), but I was quoted like $6800 w/o tires... the regular ones are about 4k.

I called BBS USA and no they do not powder coat any of the wheels here. As i was also looking for the champion edition LMs. There was a set for sale on bimmerforums a few months back and also located in So Cal. if i had the 5k that he was looking for then, i would've picked up the champion edition LMs. goog luck with ur search.

I have heard that it is extremely hard to replicate the DBK finish.

Or... you can have a specialty company powdercoat it for you.
