that they look just like the "EDM" units what were offered with the HID group buy, if they are the same, then no they won't work. I (along with a bunch of other members) got the error message even with the EDM.

Jeez I guess there seems to be no error free HID kit for E90 fogs...I have the MTEC that are advertised as being error free...turns out the driver side works w/o any problems, the passenger side however turns off after a few seconds of use and does not come back on...So I ordered those "error cancelers" in hopes it would fix this and it has not.

Hey if anybody can figure it out, you can. Just keep working at it, I'm sure you'll figure it out.

I'm pretty sure I got the "REAL" mtec kit...It has the Serial number and Isolated pad pre-installed. No relays came with it. Got them from mtecpower on ebay. I want to get BOTH fogs to work not just one as I have now.

I just saw this post regarding HIDs for fogs http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92447 anyone know if we can just put this http://www.kbcarstuff.com/CANBUS_Fix_p/cbfix.htm CANBUS fix on the mtec HID kit to fix the problem of fogs turning off after a few seconds of use.
