square setup questions

I have an E92 2009 335i Coupe. It has the sports package and staggered tires and wheels.

Current Setup:
225/35/r19
255/30/r19

Wheels: Style #230
19x8 37 Offset
19x9 39 Offset

For economic reasons, I would like to go to a square setup to be able to rotate my tires and wear them at an even rate and/or extend the life as well.

Regarding rotation, how difficult is it to find tires that are not directional so I can do a full tire rotation? (as opposed to just front to back)
Even if I just rotate front to back, my tires will at least wear evenly so I can replace all 4 instead of 2 at a time, as my rears currently wear twice as long as my fronts.

My potential square setup:
245/40/r18 all around or
245/35/r18 all around
Thoughts?

Wheels:
I'm looking at Beyern Spartan, 18.5 width all around.

1. Will these wheel and tire combinations fit under the front and rear fenders with no rubbing at all? I would not like to do any custom spacers, suspension modifications, etc.

2. The Beyern Spartan have 30 offset and 40 offset options, which would you recommend?

Thanks!

30 offset will look better and won't require any fender work. Go with a 235/40/18 or 245/40/18. A 35 aspect ratio is too small

Considering my standard offsets on the 19s (closer to 40), why would you recommend 30 over 40 for the 18s?
