Can someone identify these shocks/springs??? Need Help!!!!

Ok guys, so Im having some problems identifying what shocks, springs etc are being used to lower this 07 335i e92. I apologize but I'm completely new to the whole suspension and shocks/springs aspect of cars. Trying to figure out what kind of equipment is in the car right now, how much lower it is then stock, and what I should change to get it back to stock.

I'd appreciate any help you guys can give.

By the look of the sticker, shocks are OEM. Springs are H&R Race (29183). See this post: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=310406
