I have a small knick on the door. How do you repair this ?

depending on how deep it is, it can either be polished out, sanded then polished out, or needs a respray cause you went down too far

If you can feel the knick with your fingernail, it most likely cannot be polished out, which means you'll need to either use touch-up or take it to a pro, depending on how bad it annoys you and how much $$$ you want to spend.

As ZuerstBMW said though, a pic would help show us what the damage looks like. If you can get a macro shot and then one of the entire panel, that would be great.
