Front Hood Doesn't close completely. How do I fix Gap?? Help
Hey guys, I need your help. I tried researching this topic and just can't seem to find anything for a 335i. Nothing is broken on my car, but I noticed that there is a significant gap left between the hood and the car with the hood is closed. When I press down on the hood it CAN go down more and then it has a good fit. How can I adjust it so that the hood closes tighter and fits perfectly? The gap is really driving me crazy as everything else on the car is perfect. Any input would be appreciated. I am not one to ask first, but just couldn't find anything for the 2007 335i coupe. I have included a picture

There should be little black bump stop looking things on each side of the car where the hood meets the fenders. Adjust the correct one until you get your desired results. It happened to me once. It worked perfectly.

If the bump stops on the upper radiator support once adjusted down do not correct it to your liking, then the only other thing to do would be to loosen the hood lock bolts, move it down as far as possible then retighten.
