I emailed Terry some really basic questions and he answered them w/o a problem. Nice guy and I feel bad asking n00b questions after googling what I just asked them.

I can see your point OP. Perhaps it isn't worded the best. They should direct the customer to a FAQ list and mention that if their question still hasn't been answered to send them an e-mail.
