What is performed?

When you bring you car in for service, such as an oil change, what other services do they perform? What is a scope check?

Do they always check your tire pressure? Have you ever had the tech forget to put your valve stem cap back on? What would you do if the tech did forget? Would you call up your SA to let him/her know or just let it go?

if they forget to put on the valve stem cap, then I think you're entitled to knock down their score to all 5s except for one 4.9

They forgot to put my cap on too! I noticed it a few days later, while I was at the mall. I went into the sear's auto store and they just gave me some they had lying around.

I didn't bug BMW about it.

I have the BMW ones also. The CA threw them in for free. I'll just put the original ones on. No need to complain about it. It's only $15.
