So a ZSP 2011 with 133,000 miles? Time for new struts and springs? i do feel it more bouncy and not firm to the ground, but does it mean they are shot?

08 335i with 70k. I need camber plates so should I replace the struts and springs as well?

Camber plates aren't a part of the car from the factory but if you want to add these as an upgrade, that would be a good time to do the struts as well.
