Leather Cleaning/Discoloration

I believe my belts may be discoloring the lower backrest portion of my driver's seat slightly. It basically just looks a little dirtier than the rest of the seat. I tried some Meguiar's wipes and it did nothing (I'm not surprised). Does anyone have any recommendations?
