Need help changing plugs please!!

I read a few threads and changing the plugs seems extremely straight forward. Except for the fact that I can't get the damn socket tool to fit over the spark plug. Am I missing something here? I got it from ECS Tuning and there is a disclaimer that reads:

(Does not include a method of holding the spark plug into socket)

What the hell does that mean? Can someone please give me some help?

Never mind, search further and found the answer. Apparently there is a magnet inside the tool that needed to be removed. Once removed, take out rubber grommet insert from a standard spark plug socket and fit it in the tool. Worked like a charm.
