I ordered coilovers from mod bargains on cyber Monday. They sent a confirmation email but no tracking. I emailed a few days later with no reply. I called on Saturday during operating hours and it went to voicemail saying im calling not in operating hours or they are on holiday. (no holidays on that day). I just called today 10 days after order and the number is out of service. I dont know whats going on but if i dont recieve my package within the next 5 days i will have to look into what to do next

I have no experience with them but just tried calling their phone number listed on the website (714 582 3330) and it worked.

Thanks for the quick responses guys and thanks for the offer Jeff. I did call again and got it sorted out. I didnt ask why i wasn't getting an email response or anything but i did get my tracking and its arriving tomorrow.

Wish I saw this before ordering my set of wheels. Ordered a set of forgestar f14 on April 12th 2017 and and still waiting as they do it have a timeline for delivery. Smh. Last time buying from them.

Yup, bad experience with them here as well. No email confirmation of order, parts that were listed as in stock weren't and I wasn't informed, tracking information took over a week to get. Poor service as well
