Anyone willing to let me test headlights with their car?

Hey everyone!

I just picked up a set of used euro bixenons for a conversion and want to see if the bulbs and bi xenon relays (?) work. Anyone willing to take a few minutes to let me plug my lights into their lci e90? I'm located in Concord, MA but willing to travel a little. I'm free this Saturday as of now. Thanks!

I live in acton. Doing a valve cover on a buddies 335xi if you can wait until sunday? He is an lci e90. I have an e90 and e92 but not lci.

Don't have to bring beer. But if you do I think we are having Moscow mules during the job.

Come over and hangout and test your lights.

Thanks Torgus! Sounds like a tasty offer but I'm tied up Sunday. I'll let you know if my situation changes though (what time you guys starting?).

I might be willing to donate my car to the cause - but just curious what would happen if said headlight blows a fuse or more on my end. What do you think the worst case is?

Second: How long does a headlight assembly take? Reason I am asking is because my adaptive light just came on a few weeks ago and I'm curious if I can try to self-diagnose it. Just bought the car a few weeks ago and so far, no issues on her.

I'm also in Lexington, so if it would only take an hour or so to disassemble, we could work something out on Saturday morning.

Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

Fwiw I looked at the e90 lci harness and I think you will have to remove the headlight to make enough space to plug another headlight in. I could be wrong but there is not much slack. On pre lci e92 I believe you have to drop the front bumper to remove the headlights, my guess is this is the same on other models. So basically it's a bitch. Then again I could be wrong...good luck!

I think it should be ok not to remove. On mine I had just enough slack to plug it in.
