Too much oil? ( 320d e90)

I am concerned about the oil level in my car when I dip the dip stick it is over the max however it is only over by a tiny bit a millimetre at most the car was last services 9,000 miles ago so it looks as if the oil has been at this level for a while. Should I be worried ?

Could be minor fuel dilution due to DPF regens. If it's a little over it should be fine, if you're worried take some out.

Mention it next time it goes in for a service.
