Weisslicht lights VS LUX
Upgraded my day running rings recently to Weisslicht LED Halos. was NOT impressed. they only lit up the inner rings. So I returned them and purchased the LUX H8 V3s. you guys be the judge

Your daytime Weisslicht are similar to my daytime Lux's. Would be interested to see a night shot of them. The Lux's sure look great at night though.

well the lux pics are at night so obviously they aren't good for comparison purposes.
I do however love my lux and no question are the best led plug and play out there. They will only be replaced (if ever) when the time comes that OSS can do a V4 light with the squared off look. Then I would consider replacing them, but until that time... I love em |

Heres another shot of the Weisslicht with less light. you can see the second rings aren't lit at all.

i went with the 6500k. the outer rings are not powered by their own light, they borrow the light from the inner ring, so i wanted as much juice as i could get to light them up.

hmm the other pics ive seen of Weisslicht, they look ALOT brighter. LUX is still the way to go if you have the $$ but its just odd how your weisslicht basically looked like shit.

yep lux is definitely the best plug and play one, but nothing beats full led rings

if the halogen bulb lights it up nicely but is just amber, why not get a whiter halogen? I got the GP Thunders and it looks bright as stock but no more amber

Well if you search on the forums, every other Weisslicht set up ive seen is ALOT brighter than yours. Maybe yours had issues?

I had the same issue with the Weisslicht LED Halos. I returned them. Now trying to figure out which ones to go with.
