Hey, don't want to troll your post at all, and good luck with your purchase. Wanted to point out the sport package on xi cars only gets you cool seats and a steering wheel. xi cars don't get the sport suspension with the sport package so the difference between i and xi with the sport package is substantial.

Good luck!

but at the same time, I'd argue that the seats are more difficult/expensive to source/swap than some springs and shocks. just IMO.

Also...

wasn't looking for an outright sale, but I'm a flexible guy

That is true. Flexible? How much are you looking to get?

It has over 70k For me that's too much because I plan on keeping it for a while. I'm actually going to refine my search to <60k miles. Thanks for your help though!

Hey, no problem. If it was me though, I would care less about overall mileage and more about the specific problem areas on these cars. as an example, I'd buy a 75k mile car with 20k miles on new turbos over a 50k mile car with original ones.

I've seen a lot of montego coupes around lately. Just be glad you're not looking for a 6mt montego sedan (ask me how I know!).
