RFT Option and Size
Hi,
I am looking to upgrade my tires and would like to get your suggestion. I would like to stick with RFT. Car specs below: 335i Coupe with M Sports package M ALLOY WHEELS DOUBLE SPOKE 225 19inch Bridgestone OEM Tires Front 225/35R19 Rear 255/30R19 Other than Bridgestone and Pirelli do I have any other options in the above size ? Are Pirelli any better than the OEM Bridgestone ? Can these wheels accommodate other sizes, so my options expand ? I am looking to get better handling/grip with less road noise and bumpy ride. I understand it might be difficult achieve that with RFT, but what can get me closest to it. Thanks. |

Alternate sizing that fits is 235/35R19 up front and 265/30R19 rear. Top summer tires in these sizes for handling and grip in a non run flat tire would include the Michelin Pilot Super Sport and the Continental Extreme Contact DW.

If you must stay with run flat tires, the best option in 19" for your car is the Pirelli Pzero RFT, and you'll need to stick with 225/35R19 up front and 255/30R19 rear (there are no run flat tires made in 235/35R19or 265/30R19).

I have been looking online and I cannot find the PS2 ZP anywhere, are they discontinued ? Could anyone suggest where I could purchase them from ?
How do the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position RFT perform in comparison to the PS2 ? Are they available in size which will fit my car ? |

The Michelin Pilot Sports 2 runflats are absolutely amazing. So much better than the bridgestone runflats that were on my e90. If I were going for all season I would definitely try the 960AS...
Tirerack should have both tires. |

I have looked through tirerack and other websites but have not found the PS2 ZP in 225 or 235 size.
Is this a special order ? Can anyone share a link where they can purchased from ? |

The Michelin PS2 ZP is not made in sizes 225/35R19 or 235/35R19.
