Nice but personally I prefer Turner's P3 vent gauge: http://www.turnermotorsport.com/t-p3-vent-gauge.aspx
It's a little pricey and the install is difficult enough that I'd take it to a shop so that they can deal w/any problems that arise (particularly in attaching the vacuum line to the charge pipe for the boost gauge) and "fix" any plastic trim pieces that might break along the way. It's not essential to me but I'm still thinking about buying it just for the "bling" factor as well as for the info it can provide. Would probably buy it pre-installed in a vent, which would cost more, but would make it easier to install and remove/sell later. In the meantime, I can use my Cobb V3 if I really need to read/monitor any gauges.

If it's accurate I'd be wondering about the vacuum your boost is creating. I don't know, is that normal?

Looks it was attached using the small mounting bracket that comes with it and Velcro.
The Turner and other vent gauges are very nice but the UltraGauge is $60 while the vent gauges are north of $400. <cough> That is more than small price difference. I can get a VRSF FMIC and the Ultra Gauge for almost the same amount of money as the vent gauge! The gauge turns on and off with the ignition for most cars. $60! |

Reviving an old thread. After some research and decision making about what boost gauge to get, I decided on this.
Now $69 this gauge can fit cleanly about anywhere and has plenty of different gauges. A whole day of testing and everything seems to be pretty accurate using alongside the jb4. In my opinion this is way better than the p3 gauges for price and features. If you wanted, you could custom fit it into a vent for a flush look. The only drawback from this is because it's reading from the obd2 it doesn't have a quick refresh rate compared to a real time mechanical gauge.

As I do not want to crash and die or endanger others it's hard to look at my jb4 gauges on my tablet and the ultra gauges at the same time to verify the numbers. But based on spirited driving and WOT, the numbers are pretty accurate based on your map sensor. The ultra Guage maxes out at 22psi so if you have an upgraded map sensor then we'll the readings will be off.
