Has anyone done valve body or solenoid work on a e90 328i xDrive?

Due to the jerky shifts, I started to do a lot of research trying to find a permanent solution to my issue. I did adaptation reset but didn't help. When I went to get my AAW tune flashed at a BMW specialized shop, the owner told me that these transmissions are like that. I asked if it was the faulty solenoids that were causing the jerky shifts and he said no. But he suggested changing the valves in the valve body. So I came home and started looking up issues with GM 6l45 tranny. What I found was a zip kit from Sonnax. It was supposed to seal any pressure loss within the valve body. The symptons that stated on their website were pretty much matching up with mine. So I decided to get the kit and have my mechanic replaced all the valves inside the valve body. After the fluid change and valves replacement the symptoms are still there. Does anyone know what else I can try doing to fix this problem?
