Florida Commercial Vehicle

Car shopping online I've come across quite a few Florida used cars that are listed on the Carfax as having been registered as a "Commercial Vehicle". This makes me wonder if they have been company cars, used primarily for business (as opposed to personal use). I'm hoping a Sunshine state resident can impart a little knowledge as to what commercial can translate to in this case.

Should not be a big deal, just means was registered under a company's name for fleet purposes for example. Certinly should be a reduction in price.
