The spoiler is brand new never installed with perfect fitment. Attached are pictures of the exact same one installed on the M3. It should fit all other E92 BMW's as well.

Thats Havok_2011's car, you can check with him where he installed it but its a pretty easy process if you check out the DIY sections. PM me if your interested.
