What made you buy your 3 series?
Ever since I could drive I wanted to buy a 3 series BMW. It was the car of my dreams. Though I'm only 18, I figure if you dream big you can achieve a lot. Once I started looking into pricing on the 328i vs the 335i, the 328i seemed like the safer option.. and then I test drove them both.. The test drive chose for me within the first 500 feet lol. You can't drive a 335i without wanting to buy it IMO.
What made you choose your BMW? |

Safety, reliability, AWD, cost, decent on gas, price. For 40k (Canadian) there aren't too many cars that give you as good of a bang for your buck.
Well that's the thing I tell everybody, because normally 23 year olds don't drive cars like these. Real reason was that its an amazing car and while I couldn't afford/didn't want a 335 right now the 328 is still an amazing car to drive and look at. I have zero regrets about buying my car. I love everything about it. In the 14 months I've had it its given me 25k trouble free miles (knock on wood). |

The test drive. After the limited 4 turn, 1 mile loop around the dealership, i convinced my SA to let me take the 335i out on my own...put it to the floor the second i pulled out of the dealership. That sold it for me. I made a U-turn and had them write up the paperwork

Had an Audi A4 quattro, then a Mercedes C300 4matic and now onto BMW.
Always had a preference for German cars and wanted to see what the ultimate driving machine was all about (sucker for advertising).

I wanted a manual transmission, rwd, sporting station wagon. It was this or a Cadillac CTS-V, and doing "Detroit Delivery" is not nearly as much fun as going to Munich to pick up a BMW.
As to 328i vs 335i, well, even if I had a choice I would have bought the 328i, my penis is quite large enough, no need to compensate.

Work really hard. No offense sir, but what I do is none of your business. I'm not a spoiled teenager like a lot of kids who's parents buy them cars. I was always taught to earn things by working hard, not by having things handed to you.
