How much for rear brake pads and rotors?

Dealer says my brakes are at 4mm, and want $800+ for a rear brake job.

Just curious how much it would cost for one?

08 E93 335i N54.

Thanks

^lol I got mine done for $100 for rotors/brakes front and back. I guess that was pretty cheap but don't forget the sensor.

My dealer charges $475-500 per axle. For $500 you can do all 4 yourself. Brakes are really easy to do and there are lots of tutorials on this site.

Where did you get yours done, and what kind of brake pads/rotors did you use?

What dealer are you going to (hope you're near Houston haha)? And are there any more tutorials like this. Searched and found this one:

The rotors just look nice since they are drilled but don't really make a performance difference imo but the pads are definitely a upgrade and zero to minimum brake dust.

The Stealership quoted me $900 for rear breaks and rotor resurface... I feel like I got ripped off because I hear all these squeaks coming from them.
