Spark plugs replaced at Bmw 10000km on them

Recently I got my spark plugs replaced at Bmw ( should of did it myself ) anyways I was wondering on you're guys opinions on the condition of these considering they have 10000km on them after pulling them out myself

They look fine to me.
If you haven’t been noticing any strange power loss, hesitation, roughness, sudden drop in fuel economy, or if you’re not getting any CEL codes, then there’s nothing wrong with them.
