Driving on a busted shock absorber
So my rear shock absorber failed on Saturday and started leaking fluid. Since I don't get my KW V1s here until next week, at best, I'm kind of stuck with my car the way it is and work doesn't really let you take a vacation because you have car troubles. Obviously the ride quality sucks and it sounds like a box of tools being thrown around when I hit a crappy road, but other than that the car still goes. What kind of damage can I do to my car by just driving it the way it is another 3-4 more times (<100 miles total) until I can get it fixed?

just drive slowly and carefully, avoid big bumps, it'll be fine. The shocks do not take the brunt of the road force, the springs do. without them, you'll have unusual rebound and poor damping, so the car will handle like crap, that's it.

Thanks. I've definitely been taking it easy when I've needed to go out in it. It's not fun driving the car with horrible handling.
