I just ordered the JB3, DCI,and BT Basic bundle from Burgertuning.com got a nice check from my old employer those vacation hours add up . Cant wait to get them in been traveling back and forth to Tampa and should have alot of play time.

Just wanted to share my excitement

Once I have them in the car I will write a full review not that there is not a million already ill also post up some pics of the install as well. Cant wait to unleash the real beast in the car its way to subtle now.

You could just order a new chip with 2.0 beta burned on it along with the USB cable if you want to be a beta tester. I think Terry will still let people get it on it. Just go to N54tech and read up on it there.

Got the JB3 and DCI three days after I ordered it super fast shipping to bad I was in Tampa till the weekend. I installed them on Saturday I was scared to work on a BMW I took my old eclipse apart and back together but BMW i was scared. Let me say it was easier to work on the BMW than the eclipse. EXTREMELY simple install definitely looks harder than it really is had the chip and intake installed in less than 30 minutes.

Coming from someone who's never tuned before and fastest car I've had was my 328i sedan 230hp. WOW! Still adapting but each time I drive feels faster. The intake SOUNDS crazy hear it sucking air and the blowoff too. I can really hear the turbos now.

As far as the power from the chip it is AMAZING every time I step on the gas it goes and this is still on Map 3 and not even on DS mode just regular mode. If I down shift car feels like its going to take off! Going to put it on Map 5 on the way up to Tampa. Definitely best MOD for the money and quality I have ever bought. If anyone is thinking about it or scared of the install don't be and BUY IT!

Cannot wait for the 2.0 to get out of beta, now that I'm confident of taking the car apart must say I'm going to be addicted to MODS. Next Koni FSD and Eibach Springs plus a dozen other things im thinking of getting.

So JB3 2.0 will contain enhanced standard maps (Maps 5, 7, etc.) plus the ability to customize additional maps?

I ask because I do not plan to customize my own maps, so I do not know if there is justification for someone like me to upgrade to 2.0 unless the standard maps are beefed up.

Maps 2-9 will function as normal only with greatly improved smoothness and response.
