Procede V4 vs V5

I am still on V4, and i am very happy with everything. the autotune, the wastegate control, and hwo smooth it is. my car is stock.

is there a reason why ppl are moving to v5? any huge difference in how the car actually drives? besides allowing to control all these little gizmos, are there any other values one would find v5 to be better than v4?

if you tell me the power is smoother, engine operation is more efficient, etc etc.., then pls let me know!!!

I would 100 percent advise you to go to v5. The new fueling aspects fix alot of issue and smooth the car out during partial throttle putting around town.

More power to redline, smoother idle, better afrs, misfire fix for 6at, and more power on less boost. Coming public real soon

V5 has more features and its probably the smoothest tune I have ever run! The procede is a leader in technology and has the best performance and features. I really do like the shift light and as well as the driveibility is fantastic. NA mode is also pretty cool makes it sound like my e46 M3 with Gruppe M TI lol

It has PROcede traction control that uses timing retardation rather than the intrusive throttle position. That is enough for me to go update mine this weekend.

Do it! The beta maps are super smooth. Don't know how but part throttle is smoother then it already was with v4 and so is booost delivery. Once shiv has the few bugs worked out it'll be top notch. Meanwhile just go v5 you won't regret it.

The latest beta maps really make it worth the upgrade. Mid range power is a bit higher, but even better they're smoother than ever before. The new firmware and maps should be public soon, take the plunge when they come out and you won't be sorry you did!

i just got v5 up and running...... i was previously on v4 for a week which was already a big smile to my face and well v5 was just that grin again from ear to ear...what i can tell you so far from my very short drive was that v5 is like taking the top end of v4 and putting it into the lower rpm band with a further improved v4 upper rpm band. I will continue with it more but NA mode is also freggin awesome in itself!

put it this way, I'm insanely jealous of all you people driving around in your Cobb APs, Procedes, JB4s, whatever. Driving around this Kia rental for over a week now is absolutely painful.

Awesome! BTW...dont use the N/A mode for long extensive drives as there is bugs that need to be worked out....For the meantime just drive with the other maps.

Not upgrading to the latest maps shiv is offering is a mistake. He only makes it better and better.

x2 There is a major difference in part throttle daily driving as well as transitions from part throttle to WOT. It's just so linear and smooth.
