Payment is $553 a month for the remaining 22 months. 10k miles a year. If you compare this lease that a MD dealer would give you, the payment would be $838 a month. The latter payment was achieved using a sale price of $51890. 24 mos/10k a year. MF of .00225, residual is 71%, $625 acquisition, $850 security deposit, MD taxes are 5%($2594.50), taxes and registration $362. The only fees that applied to me were state fees. BMW waived the acquisition and security. My sale price was well below invoice. Will post pics later today. email daviles@tischer.com if interested. Serious buyers only.

I might take an M Coupe off the showroom floor, company car (BMW), or really save and get a 328 until I leave for Munich. I don't smoke or drink so taking corners aggressively is my only vice. It's what has me leaning towards the M and foregoing the prudent 328 route. "I got the feeva and the only cure is... More Cowbell baby"!

oooo
I'd be really interested in taking you up on this. Only thing is that I would have to find a home for my 328 unless we did some kind of trade? PM me if you want to talk about anything |

Is this an Employee Lease or Profiles Car?
If you didn't read the fine print, let me break the bad news to you: Because they are subsidized by BMWNA for dealer employees, these leases CAN NOT be transferred.

...and you've been with BMW for how long? My 06 M3 was a profiles car that was assumed last August. The 335i assumption has been approved by BMW FS. They have sent the assumption docs to me to be notarized and sent to the buyer. I guess BMW didn't read the fine print. Where did you get your info?

This issue came up a few months ago when one of my employees tried to transfer his lease to a friend and they told him he couldn't do it. If you read the packet that BMWFS/BMWNA sent out when they launched the Employee Lease program last year, it clearly states that these leases are not eligible to be assumed. Not sure how you got it done but good work. I don't believe they had this policy in the past, I think it is a recent thing that came about after they rolled out the Employee Lease Program last year. This year's Profiles program is based upon the Employee Lease Program with further rate/residual enhancement so that same rules should apply.
