Please help me: M Tech Kit OEM vs replica

Ok, so I'm coming into this a little late and I've read a lot of the forum posts about this...

I think I want the M tech kit, but is there a replica that has good fitment and is high quality for cheaper than what Tischer sells the OEM parts for?

Also, any recs to get it painted and installed in SoCal?
